Initial Intake Session: After filling out my intake forms, we meet to go over your health history from a holistic viewpoint, touching on physical, mental, and emotional contributors. 90 - 120 minutes.

Findings Session: I share with you what I’ve found from an Ayurvedic perspective and lay out a road map for balance through diet, lifestyle, and herbs. 60 - 80 minutes.

3 follow-up visits: We meet to implement and integrate recommendations, crafting a plan for your goals and adjusting when needed. 60 - 80 minutes.

Weekly check-ins via text/email: These are invaluable to check in and sustain your new habits.

Why 4 months? The imbalances you are experiencing have accumulated over time, so it will take time to restore them back to balance. Ayurveda isn’t a quick fix, it’s learning lifestyle habits to support you for the rest of your life so you build a strong foundation that keeps disease at bay.

It also takes 35 days for the changes you make today to integrate into your tissues, so a new habit you start today will only begin to implement change in that amount of time. 3 - 4 months is when we can really see results initiate.

Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic massage meant to pacify vata. It works by circulating the lymph system and calming the nervous system by using a special series of strokes. It is a deeply healing massage using medicated Ayurvedic oils and aromatic essential oils that get absorbed by the skin and help move unwanted toxins out of the body. It ends with nasya oil in the nose and a sinus massage to complete the process. It is deeply healing.
